Installation Instructions
Step 1 - Fixed base
Place the base of the wall lamp against the wall. Fix it to the wall with screws (expansion screws may be required depending on the wall material).
Step 2 - Connect power
Connect the in-wall power cord to the terminal block on the base of the wall lamp. Make sure the power is completely off before you start—safety first!
Step 3 - Install Lamp Arm & Shade
Insert the adjustable lamp arm into the base interface. Make sure the interface is tight and the lamp arm can rotate and adjust the angle freely. Secure the lampshade to prevent it from coming loose.
Step 4 - Install light bulbs
Select a bulb that meets the specifications and screw it into the lamp holder. Take a moment to imagine the warm glow it will bring to your favorite corner.
Step 5 - Test switch
Turn on the switch and check if the light is working properly. Installation is complete! Now, find a cozy corner and let the warm light accompany every beautiful moment.

If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).

Products received with broken glass, dented shades or frames are not considered defective and cannot be returned. In this case, we will replace the glass or shades at no additional charge.If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the item, we will treat it as a normal return and charge up to 35% of the return fee. We also reserve the right to deduct all outbound shipping charges from refunds.
3. When will I receive the refund?

1. Can the lamp dimmable?
If the lamp uses bulb such as E27, E14, G9 and so on, you can choose a dimmable bulb, so that the lamp will be dimmable with your dimmable system. But if you don't have a dimmable system at home, please enquire us and we will customize the lamp for you.For the lamp with LED-chip, you are not able to change the light source inside, and mostly, we will offer warm light, cool light and dimmable version. If there is no dimmable version at the product page, please enquire us. We can make all lamps dimmable. If you have this need, don't hesitate to enquire us.
2. Can I have a longer cable?
We offer 150cm cable for most lamps. If you want a longer cable (within 800cm), please make a note when you place the order, we will extend the cable for free.

1. How to Calculate the Perfect Fixture Diameter
Selecting the correct fixture size starts with your room’s dimensions. A fixture that’s too small or too large can disrupt the balance of your space. Use this simple formula to find the right diameter:
Step 1: Measure the room’s length and width (in feet).
Step 2: Add the two numbers together.
Step 3: Convert the total from feet to inches — that’s your ideal fixture diameter.
Example:
For a 12 x 14 ft room → 12 + 14 = 26 → Ideal fixture diameter ≈ 26 inches.
2. Determining Fixture Height
Ceiling height plays an important role in choosing fixture proportions.
Formula:
Room height (in feet) × 2.5–3 = Fixture height (in inches)
Example:
For a 10 ft ceiling → 10 × 2.5–3 = 25–30 inches fixture height.
3. Ideal Hanging Heights
- Dining Table: 32–36 inches above the tabletop.
